VI. Features updated since ver 1.1
=====================================
1. The current version of ResumeGrabber can send
resumes to the business and home sections of Contact
Managers (ACT! and Outlook) that support home
and business.
2. It can check for duplicates on different combinations
of Name, Company, Zip and E-mail
3. If a duplicate record is detected the ResumeGrabber
can either Add as New, Update, Warn the user or
Cancel transfer
4. Resumes can be transferred to the open sub-folders in
Outlook.
5. New toolbar that facilitates all ResumeGrabber
operations in a single UI
6. ResumeGrabber automatically stores address data in
ASCII format every time you transfer in the log. This
helps to keep track and later import into any application
that supports ASCII format.
7. Help has been modified and upgraded.

VII. Limitations in ResumeGrabber v1.5
==============
General
--------------
While transferring a resume from Netscape to a
contact record, the resume is not attached in HTML
format, but in RTF or Text as selected in Options ->
Document Setup.
2. ResumeGrabber will capture only the first Phone no,
Email address & Zip code for a given address
irrespective of whether it is tagged or not
3. The attachment names can have a maximum length
of 50 characters excluding the word Resume and as
well as the file extension.

GoldMine
--------
1. Occasionally unable to add a record to GM in a fresh
database with zero records on a fresh machine
2 Only upto 64kb can be transferred to the Notes field.

ACT!
----------
1. E-mail cannot be set as a duplicate checking criterion
in ACT. It has been disabled.
2. If you select transfer to Home, the address will
transfer to Phone/Home tab and the email address to
the field Email Address in the business section of the
contact window.
3. While transferring under update mode, email address will
get added to the existing email address
list. It will not get overwritten.
4. While transferring phone numbers, if the option to
add country code is enabled in ACT in
Edit\Preferences\General, the US country code (1) will be
added irrespective of the country in the source address.

Outlook
------------

1.Occasionally when transferring for the first time to
Outlook 2000, the contact does not come to the
forefront. The new contact will blink in the
taskbar -- click on it to view it.
2. With respect to how email address transfers to a new
contact record:
- while transferring to Business section, email address
transfers to the field Email
- while transferring to the home section, Email address
transfers to the field Email 2.
3. With respect to how email address gets updated in an
existing contact record:
- while updating to business section, the address in the
field Email will get overwritten.
- while updating to home section, the address in field
Email 2 will get overwritten.
4. When you are updating Home address to the already
existing contact with Business address, the Update
option will not work when the duplicate checking is
done for E-mail and Zip.
5.If the duplicate check criteria is 'E-mail address' and
there are two matching records in the Outlook 2000
database, the message box, more than one matching
records found does not appear.
6. If the contact exists in the Contact Manger and if
the Transfer Mode is 'Cancel if contact exists', then
the transfer gets cancelled, but the resume appears as
fully highlighted. Solution: The resume did not get
transferred because a duplicate existed -- just remove
the highlight and continue working.
